基于职业生涯规划的创业教育实践探索

Practice of Entrepreneurship Education Based on Career Planning

从高职学生的职业生涯规划入手,论述了在高职开展创业教育的重要性与迫切性,提出了创业教育应研究学生多样性及差异性、应与学生职业生涯教育结合的基本要求,并在职业生涯规划、创业教育阶梯式课堂设计方案、复合型实践训练等方面进行了初步归纳。

From the aspect of the career planning of the higher vocational students,the importance and urgency of entrepreneurship education in higher occupation school is discussed. The basic requirements are suggested that entrepreneurship education should study students＇ diversity and difference,should be combined with the occupation career education. Preliminary summary should be made in the occupation career planning,entrepreneurship ladder- model education and composite practical training.
