Analysis and Strategy on Students' Employment Situation in Universities and Colleges

随着高校招生的不断扩大,毕业生供需矛盾日益突出,如何有效缓解毕业生"求职难"问题引起了政府和社会各界的广泛关注。因此,基于高校大学生求职现状分析,提出了大学生应有合理的职业定位、建立合理的求职信念、打造求职核心竞争等一些策略建议。

Along with the enlargement of college enrollment,contradiction between supply and demand of the graduates increases accordingly. How to effectively alleviate the problems of obtaining a job has caused the extensive concern of the government and the society from all walks of life. Based on the current situation of the graduates,it is put forward for the college students that they have a reasonable career orientation, establish reasonable job belief,build the core competition for jobs.
