摘要
目的研制中国睡眠障碍量表,检验其信效度。方法通过文献回顾、预测验等构建问卷,并采用探索性因素分析、验证性因素分析、相关分析、t检验、方差分析等方法修订问卷,检验其信效度。结果 1)量表的内部一致性系数为0.822,重测信度为0.865,分半信度为0.796。2)探索性因素分析抽取了日间功能、失眠、嗜睡、运动性异样睡眠及非运动性异样睡眠五个因子,可解释总变异的49.069%,另包含一个掩饰分量表;验证性因素分析发现χ^2/df、RMSEA、RMR、GFI、AGFI、NFI、CFI分别为3.412、0.068、0.015、0.897、0.953、0.904、0.930。3)各分测验与总分的相关系数在0.372-0.864之间,各分测验间相关在0.089-0.524之间(P〈0.01)。4)总分与匹兹堡睡眠质量指数及其各分测验存在中、高度相关,量表的各分测验得分与上述问卷总分及其中多数分测验存在一定相关。结论中国睡眠障碍量表的信效度指标均基本符合心理测量学要求,可作为中国人睡眠障碍筛查工具。
Objective To develop a Chinese military personnel sleep disorders Scale(CPSDS)and test its reliability and validity.Methods We primarily made the scale by literature review and pretest,and revised it by both exploratory factor sand confirmatory factors analysis,then determined its reliability and validity by factor-analysis,correlation-analysis,t-test, varianceanalysis,andsoon.Results 1)Thecoefficientofinternalconsistencyis0.822,test-retestreliabilityis0.865,andsplit-half reliability is0.796.2)We extract five factorsby exploratory factor analysis-daytime function,insomnia,lethargy,motile abnormal sleep and immotile abnormal sleep,which can explain 49.069%of total variation,there was still a lie subscale;The result of confirmatory factor analysis shows that χ^2/df、RMSEA、RMR、GFI、AGFI、NFI、CFI are3.412、0.068、0.015、0.897、0.953、0.904、0.930 respectively.3 )The correlative coefficents between subtests and CMPSDS are ranged from 0.372 to 0.864 (P 〈0.01).The correlative coefficents among subtests are ranged from 0.089 to 0.524.4)The CPSDS is correlated with Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)and its subtests.Scores of subtests of this scale are moderately correlated with PSQI and their subtests. Conclusion Reliability and validity of CPSDS meet the fundamental principle of psychometrics,and it can be used for screen-ing of sleep disorder in military personnel.
