TIP睡眠调控技术对应用苯二氮艹卓类药物失眠症的疗效观察 被引量:5

摘要 目的观察TIP睡眠调控技术对应用苯二氮艹卓类药物失眠症的治疗效果。方法对20例广安门医院睡眠门诊就诊的失眠症应用苯二氮艹卓类药物患者进行TIP睡眠调控技术干预。所有患者在治疗前、治疗1周、治疗2周、治疗4周和治疗后4周分别接受一次PSQI和BSWQ检查;在治疗1周、治疗4周和治疗后4周分别接受1次SCL-90检查,在治疗前和治疗4周后分别接受1次PSG检查,将所有以上所得的数据进行组内前后对比。所得数据采用SPSS专业统计软件进行统计分析。结果 4周治疗结束后停用安眠药物的人数为13人,占65%;减少用药的人数为6人,占30%。治疗1周后、2周后、4周后服药量与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后服药量少于治疗前。PSQI总分治疗4周后与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后低于治疗前;各成分分中除睡眠时间、睡眠效率、睡眠障碍外其他成分治疗4周后与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后低于治疗前。治疗2周后、4周后戒断反应相关症状得分与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后得分小于治疗前。SCL-90总分、强迫、抑郁、焦虑、敌对因子评分治疗4周后与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后低于治疗前。PSG中总睡眠时间、3+4期睡眠、REM期睡眠治疗4周后与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗4周后,总睡眠时间、3+4期睡眠、REM期睡眠增加。以上结果随访4周后均保持稳定。结论 TIP睡眠调控技术可以减少BZDs类安眠药物的用量,对睡眠质量和心理健康水平有一定的改善作用。 Objective To observe the therapeutic efficacy of TIP sleep regulating techniques to sleep quality of insomnia with BZDs.Methods We used the TIP sleep regulating techniques for treating the 20 patients who were suffering from insomnia with BZDs.All the patients were measured by PSQI and BWSQ in their pretreatment,one week,two weeks,four weeks and four weeks after treatment.The SCL-90 was taken in their pretreatment,four weeks and four weeks after treatment,while PSGintheirpretreatmentandfourweeks.AllthestatisticaldataareanalyzedbysoftwareSPSS.Results 4weekslater,13patients,65% of all patients,stopped to take drug,and six patients,30% of all,decreased the drug.One week,two weeks and 4 weekslater,the drug was significantly decreased than before(P〈0.05 ).Two weeks and 4 weekslater,the score of BWSQ got obviously lower than before.Four weekslater,the global sumand the factors of the PSQI,except for the sleep time,sleep efficiency and sleep disturbances,were obviously lower than before(P〈0.05 ).The Global Severity Index,obsessive-compulsive,depression,anxiety and hostility of SCL-90 were obviously lower than before(P〈0.05 ).The total sleep time,time of stage3 and stage 4 and REM sleep of PSG were obviously higher than before(P〈0.05 ).Conclusion TIP sleep regulating techniques can decrease the BZDs and moderately improve sleep quality and mental state of insomnia.
