4例外科手术抗菌药物预防使用合理性点评

Analysis of the rationality of the prophylactic use of antibiotics in four surgical operation cases

本文依据《抗菌药物临床应用指导原则》等相关文件规定,选取4例外科手术病例进行围手术期抗菌药物预防性应用合理性的回顾性分析,结果发现存在多种不合理现象,主要表现在使用指征、联合使用指征、药物选择、给药时机、用法用量、疗程等方面。围手术期抗菌药物的应用必须严格管理,临床药师应积极协助临床医师对其不合理使用进行干预。

According to the ＂guiding principles for clinical use of antibiotics＂and other relevant requirements, four typical cases were selected and the prophylactic use of antibiotics in perioperative period was retrospectively analyzed. It was found that there existed some phenomena of unreasonable use of antibacterial agents, which were mainly reflected in the indications of use and joint use, drug selection, the timing of administration, usage, dosage, course of treatment and so on. Perioperative use of antimicrobial agents must be strictly managed and clinical pharmacist should actively assist clinicians to intervene the irrational use of antibacterial agents.
