我国城镇居民对现行社会基本医疗保险制度的满意度评价研究——基于南京市的实证调查

Survey of the satisfactory degree on current basic health insurance——based on an empirical research in Nanjing

目的:了解南京市民对社会基本医疗保险制度的知晓情况以及满意度,探究影响南京市民认知度和满意度的影响因素,为现行社会基本医疗保险制度的改进提供参考意见。方法 :采用分层抽样法,自制问卷对南京市普通市民进行问卷调查。结果 :在回收的878份有效问卷中,南京市民对社会基本医疗保险制度的认知度得分均值为5.03,方差为1.34;市民的总体满意度得分均值为10.58,方差为8.76,多因素分析表明收入与满意度评价有显著相关性。结论 :社会基本医疗保险制度的公众认知度不高,满意度评价一般;据此,可发现相关政策运行中存在的问题,以及新政策实施存在的壁垒。

Objective： To know the information about the basic medical insurance and satisfaction evaluation among Nanjing public, to explore the factors affecting the awareness and satisfaction of residents and to provide a basis for the improvement of the current social medical insurance system. Methods： A questionnaire survey was conducted by stratified sampling method and self-made questiormaire in Nanjing residents. Results： Among the total 878 useful responses, the average score of the overall awareness of social medical insurance was 5.03 with variance 1.34. The average score of overall satisfaction was 10.58 with variance 8.76, and the analysis of multiple factors showed that income and satisfaction rate was significantly correlated. Conelusion： The public awareness of the social medical insurance was low and the overall satisfaction rate was moderate. Accordingly, we can find the problems in the operation of relevant policies and the barrier in the implementation of new policy.
