国外水利风景资源规划的经验及启示

Experience of planning of water conservancy scenery resources in foreign countries and its inspiration to China

在分析国外水利风景资源规划发展历程的基础上,从旅游开发及生态修复等方面分别介绍了以日本、美国、荷兰等国家为代表的国外水利风景资源规划的实践案例,指出国外水利风景资源规划对我国水利风景区建设的启示,认为水利风景资源规划应从多方面综合考虑以实现水利风景资源的高效利用。

Based on the analysis of the development process of planning of water conservancy scenery resources in foreign countries,case studies in Japan,the United States and the Netherlands are introduced from the respective of tourism development and ecological rehabilitation. The inspiration of the planning of water conservancy scenery resources in foreign countries to the construction of water conservancy recreation areas in China is proposed. It is put forward that the planning of water conservancy scenery resources should be comprehensively considered so as to realize their high-efficient utilization.
