Analysis and Investigation on the Developing Current Situation of County Public Hospitals in Guangxi

目的:分析广西壮族自治区县级公立医院发展现状,为全面推进医改提供依据。方法:运用描述统计分析方法对调查数据进行分析。结果:与2010年相比,2012年服务量提升20%以上,医院和职工收入增加50%以上,病死率降低20%,但医疗纠纷增加16.91%,医疗费用增长20%左右,药品零差率补偿损失比例为77.6%。结论:建议合理配置卫生资源,提高服务质量和效率,改善医患关系,降低医疗费用,完善补偿和监管机制。

Objective： To analyze the developing current situation of county public hospitals in Guangxi, and just to give some references for promoting health care reform. Methods： Descriptive statistics analysis method was employed to analysis of survey data. Results： Compared with 2010, the 2012 services quantity increased by more than 20% , the hospital and worker income increased by more than 50% , the mortality rate decreased by 20%, but a 16.91% increase in medical disputes, medical expenses growth at around 20%, the compensation of zero profit drug loss ratio is 77.6%. Conclusion： It suggested that rationally allocate health resources, enhance the service quality and efficiency, improve the doctor- patient relationship, reduce the medical cost and improve the compensation and supervision mechanism.
