摘要
目的:了解新疆某济困医院运行效率现况,为济困医院管理提供参考。方法:收集新疆某济困医院2007-2014年的投入产出数据,利用数据包络法进行分析。结果:2007-2013年医院社会效益产出效率依次为:1、1、0.959、1、0.732、0.875;时间与社会产出效率的perason相关系数r=-0.456,p=0.152。2007-2013年医院经济产出效率依次为:0.615、0.667、0.775、0.795、1、0.941、1;经济效益产出效率与时间的相关系数r=0.95,p=0.001。结论:该济困医院2011-2013年社会效益产出效率未达到最大化,呈下降趋势,且经济效益产出效率逐年增长,应合理配置各项资源保证社会效益产出效率,保持经济效益产出效率。
Objective： To understand the status of one aid hospital＇s efficiency in Xinjiang, and to provide reference for aid hospital manage- ment. Methods： In this study we collected one aid hospital＇s input and output data from 2007 to 2014 in Xinjiang. Measuring efficiency by using data envelopment analysis. Results： From 2007 to 2013 the hospital Social benefits efficiency were ： 1, 1,0.959, 1,0.732, 0, 875 ; person cor- relation with time coefficient r = - 0. 456, p = . 152. Conclusion： In 2011 - 2013, the aid hospital social benefit output efficiency did not meet the maximum , it had downward trend, and economic output efficiency increased year by year. As we understood aid hosnital should ~uarantee the social benefit first and make resources in a reasonable configuration maintain economic output efficiency.
