优势视角下西安市进城农民工心理问题研究

Study on Psychological Disorders of Rural Migrant Workers in Xi'an Based on the Strength Perspective

进城农民工群体自卑、孤独、敌对等心理问题日益凸显,优势视角是一种解决其心理问题的新理念与工作方式。优势视角尊重个体的尊严和能力,该理论中的价值理念契合农民工的心理需求,并对农民工能力的认可,有利于提高农民工群体的自我认同。本文在阐述优势理论的基础上,提出应充分发挥该群体内、外资源的联合效用,挖掘农民工自身潜力,以及有效整合农民工的外部资源等措施,以改变该群体的自我认知,重建自我与外界的关系,达到观念与行为的改变,实现与社会的良性互动,从而缓解农民工的心理问题。

Psychological disorders of rural migrant workers such as self - inferiority, social isolation and hostility are increasing. Strength Perspective is a new concept and method to solve this problem. In the opinion of Strength Perspective, individual~ dignity and ability should be re- spected. The intervention for migrant workers＇psychological disorders should make a good use of the joint utility of their internal and external re- sources. Through social workers＇helping, migrant workers＇full potential can be reached, self- identity can be changed and the relationship with the outside world can be reshaped. Ultimately, the changing concept and behavior, and a benign interaction with the social will be achieved.
