摘要
采用ARM与DSP单片双核处理器,基于嵌入式Linux系统研制电机铁心便携式检测仪。该系统的ARM核负责人机交互以及图形显示任务;DSP核完成数据分析以及算法处理功能。本文从硬件设计、软件开发以及系统测试等方面阐述该仪器的设计过程,从测试结果看,该系统具有人机交互性能好、数据处理速度快以及功能扩展方便等特点,可为电机铁心检测提供一定的参考与借鉴作用。
Through adopting ARM and DSP monolithic dual core processors,a portable detector for motor core is researched and developed based on the embedded Linux system. The ARM core of the system is responsible for human-computer interaction and graphic display tasks,and DSP core of the system is responsible for data analysis and algorithm processing functions. This paper expounds the design process of the instrument from aspects of hardware design,software development and system test. The test results show that the system has the advantages of good human-computer interaction,fast data processing and easy function expansion.It can provide certain reference for motor core testing.
