摘要
为研究锥形喷嘴、角形喷嘴等喷嘴的出口流道形状对空化射流空化效果的影响,建立了喷嘴的物理模型和数学模型。采用Fluent软件对锥形、角形、收缩形、收缩-扩张形四种喷嘴的空化射流实验装置中的流场进行了数值模拟,通过对流场的压力、速度和空化情况的分析,认为具有扩散形出口流道的空化喷嘴的空化效果最好。计算结果可以为空化喷嘴的设计提供指导。
To research the influence of outlet channel structure of the conical nozzle, angle nozzle etc on cavitation, the physical model and mathematical model of the nozzle are created. We conduct numerical simulation researches in relation to the cavitating water jets flow field of four kinds of nozzle, including conical nozzle, angle nozzle, contraction nozzle and contraction -expansion nozzle with the software Flu- ent. Through analyzing the pressure, velocity and cavitation conditions of the flow field, it can be conclu- ded that the diffuser nozzle has the best cavitation effect, which can provide guidance for the design of the cavitating nozzle.
