高效洁净户用生物质气化及供热装置的研制

摘要 根据东北地区农作物种植特点选择玉米芯为燃料,根据燃料的燃烧特点和我国农村经济发展现状,开发研制适合农民用户的、结构简单、操作维护简便易行、耗资少的高效洁净燃烧的户用型生物质气化及供热装置。在研制过程中对其主要部件建立了数学模型,采用CFD方式进行装置的性能模拟及优化设计。经过大量的试验和数次改型,最终得到较为理想的机型。经热工检测和环保检测专业部门测试,样机各项指标符合环保要求和热工设计指标,为生物质能利用提供一个好装置。 Based on the crop in northwest of China, the corncobs is used as fuel. Equipment for biomass gasification and heating was developed, The equipment has simple structure, low cost, and is easy to op- erate and maintain for farmers. The mathematical models of the key parts were built in the development, and the CFD was used to simulate and optimize the design of the equipment. The optimal structure of the equipment was obtained by experiments and structure improvements. The green and thermal design of prototype for the equipment was tested by professional agencies, which was consistent with indicator val- ues. The equipment is a good choice for biomass -energy utilization technique.
