摘要 冷库作为冷链物流发展的核心基础设施和保障食品低温流通的中枢,发展十分迅速。但近年来随着冷库事故的频频发生,冷库安全成为其发展的瓶颈。本文对冷库制冷剂的选择及其安全性进行分析,同时针对目前我国冷库广泛应用的集中式氨制冷系统,总结了减少氨制冷剂充注量的方法和措施,并给出了减少氨使用量的不同制冷系统,可为旧冷库改造和新冷库建设的安全性能分析提供参考。 Cold storage develops very rapidly, which as the core infrastructure of cold chain and the cen- ter for guarantee the food in low temperature circulation. But with the cold storage accidents occurred fre- quently in recent years, the security of cold storage becomes the bottleneck of its development. In this paper, the refrigerant selection and safety for cold storage is analyzed~ At the same time, the method and measures to reduce the amount of ammonia refrigerant filling is summarized for centralized ammonia re- frigeration system that is wildly used in our country at present, and the different refrigeration systems are presented to reduce the ammonia usage amount, which can provide the reference for safety performance a- nalysis of remolding old cold storage and construction of new refrigerator.
