基于能效测试的中央空调节能诊断方法研究

Analysis of Energy Saving Diagnosis to Central Air-conditioning System Based on Energy Efficiency Test

针对中央空调系统存在的能耗问题,本文提出一种基于能效测试的中央空调节能诊断方法。该方法基于国家标准推荐的能效检测手段,从识别空调系统及设备的能源使用水平的角度出发,能快速诊断出空调系统的运行状况。通过节能诊断对标分析,提出中央空调节能改造建议,包括提高制冷机组效率、减少水泵电耗、合理调节供回水温差及中央空调余热回收。

This paper puts forward a diagnosis approach based on energy efficiency test to solve the prob- lems of energy consumption in central air- conditioning system. This approach uses energy detection means of national standards, to rapidly diagnose the running status of central air - conditioning system, from the perspective of energy use standards. This paper suggests energy saving measures, including im- proving the efficiency of the refrigerating unit, reducing electricity consumption of water pump, reasona- ble regulation of supply and return water temperature difference and central air - conditioning heat recov- ery.
