摘要
针对同塔双回线路检修过程中存在的带地线合闸送电事故,提出了一种临时接地线检测方法。在检测处挂接一组经改造的临时地线,通过分析感性参考电流和检测地线电流两者之和电流的幅值,来判断线路上是否存在漏拆除的临时地线;利用ATPDraw仿真软件对500k V和220k V同塔双回线路进行仿真分析,研究结果验证了该方法的可靠性与实用性。该方法充分考虑了双回线间的耦合问题,具有操作简单、成本低、可靠性好、灵敏度高等优点,能够从技术层面有效避免带地线合闸送电事故的发生。
Aiming at the accidents caused by closing the breaker with grounding wires of double circuit lines,a method for detecting the temporary grounding wires was proposed in this paper. A reformed group of grounding wires were hooked at the detection position,the amplitude of the reference inductive current and the current in the detected grounding wire was analyzed to judge whether any temporary grounding wire had not been removed yet. The simulation software ATPDraw was used to make simulation analysis on the 500 k V and 220 k V double circuit lines and the results verified the reliability and practicality of the method. This method takes the coupling problem between double lines into full account. It has such advantages as simple operation,low cost,good reliabilityand high sensitivity,and it can effectively avoid accidents caused by closing the breaker with grounding wires from the technical level.
