较高应力下混凝土氯离子侵蚀性研究

摘要 研究较高应力水平作用下混凝土中氯离子传输机理,文中制定65%、75%、85%三种应力水平,持载时间分别为10min、50min、250min、1250min,卸载后与5%Na Cl溶液接触进行28d氯离子侵蚀试验,测定混凝土不同深度处氯离子含量。试验结果表明,在较高应力水平下(65%~85%),混凝土各深度处的氯离子含量随着应力水平的增加而增加,垂直于轴力方向的混凝土各深度处的氯离子含量要高于平行于轴力方向的混凝土各深度处的氯离子含量。 In order to study the influence of higher stress on chloride ion corrosion in concrete, the prisms( 100mm × 100mm x 300ram) were under 65%, 75%, 85% three stress levels, sustained for 10min, 50min, 250rain, 1250rain respectively. Then unload and cut. The specimens were put in contact with 5% NaCl for 28d. Then the chloride ion was measured. Results showed that the concrete chloride ion content increased with the increase of stress level. The chloride ion content perpendicular to the compressive load was higher than that parallel to the compressive load.
