摘要
分析了带限压保护作用减压阀的工作原理和机能,利用AMESim的HCD库建立该型减压阀的仿真模型,根据实际减压阀的结构与尺寸设置仿真模型的各个参数,对其性能进行仿真分析。对该型减压阀的压力流量特性进行实验测量,实验结果与仿真结果比较吻合。对载荷突变时该型减压阀的限压保护作用进行仿真验证,效果良好,说明所建立的该型减压阀的仿真模型是比较准确的。
Analysis of the working principle and function of the pressure reducing valve with pressure limited protective effect is made. A simulation model is built by using the HCD valve hydraulic components library provided by AMESim. According to the structure and size of the actual valve, the parameters of the simulation models are set, and then the simulation analysis of its performance is made. Based on this, the pressure flow characteristics of the pressure reducing valve are measured. The results prove that the experimental results agree well with the simulation results. The simulation of the protective effect of limiting pressure under load mutation is done, and the results show that the effect of the protective effect of limiting pressure is good. It can be concluded that the simulation model established is accurate.
