摘要
针对飞机机身部件工艺分离面处蒙皮余量的切割加工工艺要求,研制了气压驱动控制的切割机。根据切割机的运动和动作要求,设计了切割机的气压驱动控制回路,分析并计算了气动执行元件及气动回路在雍塞流态下的流量特性,合理配置了气动回路的接头和管路,确保了气动马达工作性能的最大发挥和切割机工作的可靠性。气压回路经过试验及实际产品的切割运用,满足飞机部件工艺分离面蒙皮余量的自动切割的工艺要求。
According to the cutting process of aircraft fuselage production break skin margin, a cutting machine driven and controlled by the pneumatic system is researched and developed. The pneumatic circuit of cutting machine is designed based on the motion and action requirements of cutting machine. Flow characteristics of pneumatic actuators and pneumatic circuit are analyzed and calculated in choked flow state. Fittings and tubings are configurated reasonably to ensure the best workability of air motors and the reliability of cutting machine. The pneumatic circuit satisfies the cutting process of aircraft fuselage production break skin margin by testing and application.
