摘要
采用液压加载来实现小载荷的加载,是目前液压加载方式所要解决的技术难题之一。针对轴承试验台的小载荷加载,提出了一种采用阻尼进行降压和比例控制的液压加载方法,介绍了阻尼匹配的计算方法,阐述了系统的加载原理,利用AMESim软件对该系统进行仿真,验证了所设计的液压系统能够满足加载要求。
Utilizing hydraulic loading to achieve a little loading , is one of the hydraulic loading technical problems to be solved. For the purpose of bearing testing benchs' little loading, a hydraulic loading method based on the damp to decrease the pressure and the electro-hydraulic proportional technique is presented, and damps calculation and the loading principle. The result meets the load requirement by simulation using the software AMESim.
