摘要
基于包含热交换的气缸运动数学模型,提出了一种计算气缸充放气过程中等效热功率的理论方法,预测气缸在达到热稳态平衡时的气缸壁面温度变化情况,并利用该预测模型结果与实验测量的气缸壁面温度变化情况进行对比。结果表明,等效热功率理论分析得到的气缸壁面温度变化与实验结果基本相符,等效热功率模型可以预测不同工况气缸壁面的温度变化。
Based on the mathematical model including heat exchange in the cylinder motion, a method is proposed to calculate the equivalent heat power during the cylinder charging and discharging process, and then the wall tem- perature of the change equivalent cylinder is predicted when it reaches the steady thermal equilibrium state. Experiment results show that of cylinder wall temperature is consistent with the caculation of equivalent heat power method, and the heat power model can predict the temperature change of cylinder wall under different conditons.
