中国服务贸易国际竞争力分析及提升对策 被引量:3

摘要 结合中国服务贸易规模、服务贸易内部结构等发展现状,运用国际市场占有率、TC指数、RCA指数来分析中国服务贸易的国际竞争力,结果显示:中国服务贸易的国际市场占有率仍较低,建筑、旅游、运输等传统的服务行业竞争力相对较强,但保险、金融、专有权等新兴科技领域的服务贸易国际竞争力则比较弱。结合"钻石理论"提出不断扩大服务市场开放,加大政府扶持力度,为企业营造优良发展环境,加快专业人才培养,引进并合理利用外资,扩大国内居民服务需求等提升中国服务贸易国际竞争力的对策建议。 According to analysis the scale, the internal structure of China' s service trade, combing with use of international market share, TC index, RCA index to analyze the international competitiveness of China' s service trade, and the results showed that the international market share of China' s service trade is still low. Although the competitiveness of traditional serv- ice industry is relatively strong, such as architectural, tourism and transportation, the competitiveness of new emerging science and technology industry is still weak, such as insurance, financial and exclusive rights. Finally combining the theory of dia- mond, put forward some suggestions to upgrade international competitiveness of China' s service trade, including enlarge serv- ice market opening, strengthen government support, create nice development environment for enterprises, speed up training professional talents, introduce and make full use of foreign capital, expand domestic residents' demand etc.
