经皮椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松压缩性骨折临床分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨单、双侧椎弓根入路行经皮椎体后凸成形术(PKP)治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2010年2月至2013年8月行PKP治疗的52例骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折患者的临床资料。结果所有病例均顺利完成,无肺栓塞、神经根损伤等严重并发症。两组间在手术时间、骨水泥渗漏方面差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),双侧穿刺组骨水泥注射量及骨水泥弥散显著高于单侧穿刺组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。两组术后3d及术后12个月VAS评分、JOA评分均较术前明显改善(P〈0.05),但两组间比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。两组手术前后椎体平均高度及Cobb角均改善明显(P〈0.05),术后3、12个月椎体高度较术后1周有不同程度的丢失,Cobb有所增大,但比较差异均无统计学意义(P〉0.05),两组间比较亦无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论单、双侧经皮椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折均可取得同样满意的临床效果,在手术时间、骨水泥渗漏无明显差异,但在骨水泥弥散上差异明显,双侧同时操作临床优势明显。
