摘要
采用轴承拟静力学分析方法建立了角接触球轴承内部载荷模型和局部法生热模型,在改变轴承主要结构参数、外载荷和转速条件下,计算了某角接触陶瓷球轴承生热和球与内外圈间的接触应力。结果表明:内、外沟曲率系数是其重要的影响参数,通过确定轴承生热、内外圈接触应力以及外载荷的范围,可以求出较优的轴承内、外沟曲率系数。
The internal load model and local heat generation model for angular contact ball bearings are built by using quasi - static analysis of bearing. The contact stress between balls and rings and the heat generation for an angular con- tact ball bearing are calculated with varying main structural parameters, external load and rotational speed of bearing. The result shows that the inner and outer raceway curvature coefficient are important influence parameters, the opti- mized inner and outer raceway curvature coefficient of bearing can be obtained by determining range of heat generation, contact stress between inner and outer rings and external load of bearing.
