摘要
在转型期的中国,劳资冲突越来越成为突出的社会经济问题。对于劳资关系问题的研究需要建立在对劳动力市场有一个清晰的认识基础之上。我国劳动力市场具有明显的"二元化"特征,从而使劳资关系也具有了"二元"属性。这种劳资关系"二元性"的形成主要源于劳动力市场上劳动者与企业雇主之间的属性差异。要建立一体化的劳资关系,关键在于形成农村剩余劳动力进行人力资本投资的激励机制。
In the transition period of China, labor disputes become prominent social and economic problems.The study for labor-capital relationship needs to be based on the clear understanding for labor market.The labor market in China has apparent duality, thus the la-bor-capital relationship also has the dual attribute.The duality of labor-capital relationship mainly comes from the property differences between employers and employees in the labor market.Based on the reality of dual labor market, we need make efforts to establish har-monious labor-capital relationship, such as promoting human resource quality, improving the rate of return of human capital investment and balancing the rights of workers.
