中国水产养殖保险现状及发展特点分析

中国是世界水产养殖大国,但水产养殖保险的支撑保障能力却严重滞后。本文首先分析了中国水产养殖保险的发展现状和发展特点。接着总结了影响中国水产养殖保险发展的主要因素,认为水产养殖保险发展存在普及范围小、产品覆盖种类少、保障能力有限等诸多问题,认为其总体上还处于初级发展阶段,亟需加快中国水产养殖保险的发展步伐。最后,据此提出了相关应对之策。

China is a large nation aquaculture insurance still lags of aquaculture behind. The in the world, but the supporting paper analyzed the current and guarantee capacity of situation and developing characteristics of Chinese aquaculture insurance. Afterwards, it summed up the major problems of aquaculture development in the view of insurance in China. In the author＇ s opinion, Chinese aquaculture insurance is only popular in very limited areas, and covers a small range of species. Besides, it also has the disadvantages of limited sustainable capacity, etc, thus on the whole it is still at an early stage of development. The author concludes that it is urgent to speed up the development of aquaculture insurance in China. Finally, the paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
