摘要 换流阀是高压直流输电(HVDC)系统的核心装备之一,其性能直接影响整个系统的可靠性和稳定性。晶闸管级单元是高压直流换流阀中的最小单元,在直流输电工程投运前以及设备检修期间,需要对每一个阀组件晶闸管级单元进行例行试验,工作量巨大。目前没有针对TCU结构晶闸管级单元的具体例行试验方案,系统地建立一套TCU结构晶闸管级的试验方法,为换流阀的可靠运行和检修,提高必要保障和技术支持显得尤为重要。文中在分析晶闸管级单元电气原理及失效模式的基础上,结合IEC 60700-1—2008,提出了针对TCU结构晶闸管级单元的试验项目、方法,并将该例行试验方法投入实际工程中应用,通过试验验证了文中研究方法的合理性和正确性。 As one of core equipment for HVDC power, the performance of converter valve directly affects the reliability, stability and efficiency of the whole system. The thyristor level of the converter valve is the smallest unit of HVDC converter valve. Before the project put into operation and during the period of equipment maintenance, each thyristor level unit need to do routine test with huge workload. Currently there is no specific test plan for the thyristor level with thyristor control unit (TCU),it is particularly important to establish a set of test methods systematically for the thyristor level with TCU in order to improve the security and technical support for reliable operation and maintenance. In this paper, based on the analysis of the principle and failure mode of the thyristor level , combining with IEC 60700-1--2008 standard, the items and method of the routine test for the thyristor level with TCU are put forward; this test scheme is applied to the practical HVDC transmission project, proving and verifying the reasonability and validity of the proposed routine test method
