摘要
电容式电压互感器(CVT)是变电站的重要设备,设备停电预试时通过测量其介质损耗因数和电容量可以及时发现设备的绝缘缺陷。但是由于其绝缘结构的特殊性,使得诊断变得更加复杂。针对这个问题,笔者通过红外线测温时发现的一起CVT发热缺陷,进行电气试验检查分析,以及进行了解体检查,对缺陷部位进行判断和验证,并提出了相应的防范措施:加强红外测温巡检,提高产品质量,加强在线监测。
Insulation defects of capacitor dielectric loss factor and capacitance voltage through transformer(CVT) can be rapidly detected by measuring its preventive test in the condition of outage. Due to its particular insulation structure, the diagnosis becomes more complex. In this study, a heating defect of CVT oil tank was found in an infrared temperature measurement process. Subsequently, electrical tests and disassembly inspection were conducted to determine the defect position. Accordingly, some precautions are offered, such as strengthening infrared temperature inspection, improving product quality, and intensifying on-line monitoring.
