摘要
数字化样机技术作为一种新型的设计手段,能够在设计的早期尽可能的发现设计环节存在的不足并进行及时的完善优化,达到产品最优化设计的目的。本文利用数字化样机技术,搭建了制动器3维模型并将其导入到Ansys Workbench环境,加以条件限定,通过数值分析进行优化设计,选定满足制动器要求的性能材料。
Digital prototyping technology is a new kind of design method,which can find out the deficiencies in design forepart and optimize it shortly to be a perfect design.Using virtual prototyping technology,this paper put up a 3D brake model and imported that into Ansys Workbench with boundary condition,which could selected the required materials through numerical analysis.
