摘要
我国消费金融公司试点启动4年来,总体运行平稳,业务规模稳步扩大,成为我国实现普惠金融目标的重要载体。本文在介绍我国"银行系"及"非银行系"消费金融公司发展的基础上,认为我国现行消费金融公司在客户、业务、服务、风险控制等方面具有普惠性特征,但面临产品"类银行化"、放贷成本高、经营地域受限等困境,必须从加大政策支持力度、补充消费金融公司资金来源渠道等方面促进其发展。
Four years after the experimental work, Consumer Finance Company has a smooth and sophisticate op- eration and its business scale expansion; The pilot project companies have realized gain. By virtue of their own advan- tages and characteristics, Consumer Finance Companies have played a very good role out of the traditional bank con- sumer credit business. Basing on introducing the development of our country' s Consumer Finance Companies, this pa- per analyzes the current inclusion characteristic, the management situation and difficulties facing by China' s Consum- er Finance Companies. Finally it puts forward some further development policy recommendations of China' s Consumer Finance Companies.
