中小型医院放射科小型影像存储和传输系统的构建与应用 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨中小型医院放射科基于局域网的小型影像存储和传输系统(PACS)的构建与临床应用。方法首先将多台PC机建立局域网,实现数据交换与共享;其次在每台PC机中安装eFilm影像浏览处理软件,其中一台PC机作为主机服务器(server)提供数据库及文件服务,其他PC机作为客户端(client)通过网络共享主机服务器的同一个数据库和图像文件夹;最后将科室具备DICOM标准接口的医学影像设备如数字胃肠机、计算机X线摄影(CR)、直接数字化X线射影(DR)、CT、磁共振(MR)及胶片打印机通过交换机与局域网连接。结果通过小型PACS构建,可以完成医学影像的自动传输、获取、浏览、存储、处理、输出、分析和诊断报告书写、胶片打印、选择性向临床科室传输图像等功能,实现了科室无胶片化管理等;经过3年4万余病例的使用,系统稳定可靠,维护简单。结论利用efilm图像浏览处理软件构建小型PACS系统具有方法简单、经济、灵活、实用、安全及可扩展性强等特点,可实现不同网段和操作系统的影像设备的在线存储和资源共享,完全满足放射科及其他影像科临床工作需要,也可为大型PACS系统应用打下良好的基础,特别适合中小型医院。 Objective To investigate the construction and clinical application of mini picture archiving and communication systems (PACS) based on lan in the department of radiology in small hospitals. Methods First the LAN was built with many PC to realize the data interchanging and sharing. Then instaledl the eFilm image browsing software in each PC, One of the PC machine as the host server provided database and files service. Other PC as a client (Client) host server via a network shared the same database and image folders. Finally all the medical imaging devices with DICOM standard interface such as digital gastrointestinal machine, CR, DR, CT, MR and film printer were connected through the switch and the LAN. Results Throuth the mini-PACS, medical images coued be transmitted, accessed, viewed, stored, processed, output automatically. We coued analysis medical images, and writ diagnosis report, print films, selective transfer images to the clinical departments. Achieve a filmless department management; After three years of more than 40 000 cases of use, the system was stable and reliable, easy maintenance. Conclusion Processing software using efilm images and building a mini-PACS system are simple, economic, flexible, practical, safe and strong expansibility. The resources storaged online and sharing can be realized on image equipments of different network and operating system. It can fully meet the needs of radiology and other imaging departments.It can also be a good foundation for the application of Large-scale PACS system, particularly suitable for small and medium hospitals.
