Analysis on reasons of larger measurement deviation of main steam flow of 330 MW unit and countermeasures

对330 MW火力发电机组主蒸汽流量、给水流量计量存在的偏差进行分析,采取修改主蒸汽流量函数、对给水流量进行温度修正等措施,消除了偏差,提高了机组节能降耗水平。

The measurement deviations of the main steam flow and the feed water flow of a 330 MW thermal power unit were analyzed. The main steam flow function was amended,and the temperature correction was done for the feed water flow. The deviations were eliminated,and the unit performance in energy saving and consumption reducing was improved.
