风电消纳能力相关因素与机理分析

Relevant Factors and Mechanism Analysis for Wind Power Accommodation

电力系统各个环节都存在着提升风电消纳能力的贡献潜力与制约因素,针对现有研究缺乏系统性梳理与归纳的问题,结合冀北电网风电调度工作的实际经验与积累,归纳总结出风电自特性、系统调峰能力、系统备用水平、系统调频能力、电网传输能力、系统负荷特性、风电并网政策7个方面的综合相关因素,深入分析影响风电消纳的各相关因素及内部机理。

Each part of the power system has the potential contribution and restriction factors to enhance the accom-modation capability of wind power. The existing research is lack of systematic summarization. Combined with thepractical experiences of Jibei power grid in wind power scheduling, seven related factors are summarized includingwind power characteristics, system peak load regulating capacity,backup systems ability, FM capacity, grid transmis-sion capacity, system load characteristics,wind power integration policy. The influencing factors of wind power acco-modation and internal mechanism were analyzed.
