摘要
通过数据计算、试验验证等方法,对大唐张家口发电厂1号锅炉后屏过热器出现的金属壁温异常现象进行了分析,排除了可能存在的影响因素,找到了导致异常现象出现的直接原因是炉顶密封泄漏所致。检修中对炉顶密封进行了重新安装,恢复启动后问题得到解决。
The abnormal phenomenon of the No. 1 boiler metal wall temperature in Datang Zhangjiakou Power Plant isanalyzed. Possible influencing factors have been ruled out by data calculation and test method. The leakage of furnacecrown seal is the proximate reason. The problem has been solved after reinstalling the furnace crown seal.
