摘要
直接空冷机组在我国富煤贫水的地区发展迅速,但其运行特性受环境气象条件的影响很大,尤其是受环境自然风的影响。针对当前直接空冷机组运行中的突出问题,即环境风的不利影响,利用CFD数值模拟软件Fluent,对空冷岛外部流场进行数值模拟。通过模拟实验结果分析,发现炉后来风、热风回流、倒灌是造成空冷岛换热效率下降的主要因素。降低环境风对直接空冷机组性能的不利影响,对提高电厂的热经济性有很大的帮助。
Direct air-cooled thermal power units in China' s rich coal,water-poor areas has been developed rapidly,but it is affected greatly by environment and weather condition, especially by the natural wind. In view of the majorproblems of air-cooled units, that is the unfavorable influences of ambient wind, this paper made numerical simula-tion on external flow field of direct air-cooled island by using CFD software Fluent. The simulation results showed thatthe wind from the boiler house afterwards, hot air re-circulation and air inverse flow are the main factors of decline inthe efficiency of air-cooled island heat exchange rate. It is a great help to improve the heat economy of the plant byreducing the adverse effects of ambient wind on the performance of direct air cooling unit.
