摘要
针对某银矿的矿石性质,对该矿的选厂进行了碎磨工艺流程设计比较,通过对常规碎磨工艺、自磨(半自磨)工艺、高压辊磨工艺的比较,最终认为对矿石适应性强、投资成本相对较低的半自磨工艺,即粗碎—半自磨—球磨—砾石破碎流程对该矿有更强的适应性。
Based on ore characteristic of a silver mine, this paper makes comparison on grinding process flow of this concentrator Through comparison on conventional grinding process, AG (SAG) process and high pressure roller grinding process, it is finally considered that SAG process (primary crushing - SAG - ball mill - gravel crushing) has strong adaptability to this mine, and investment cost is relatively low.
