摘要
直线振动筛是铜炉渣选矿半自磨工艺中常用的配套设备,通过对半自磨—振动筛工艺的介绍,分析了直线振动筛的种类及特点,并着重对ZKR-NJ和GK型直线振动筛的结构特点进行了分析。实践证明,ZKR-NJ系列和GK系列直线振动筛在半自磨闭路筛分使用中各有优缺点,但都是较好的选择。
Straight-line screen is frequently-used supporting equipment in SAG process of copper slag processing, based on introduction of SAG-vibration screen process, the paper analyzes types and characteristic of straight-line screen and focus on structural features of ZKR-NJ and GK straight-line screens. It proves in practice that applications of ZKR-NJ and GK straight-line screens in SAG closed-circuit screening have advantages and disadvantages, but they are both good choices.
