摘要
云南驰宏锌锗股份有限公司针对KK&K离心压缩机组油冷却系统存在的运行异常情况进行了原因分析,发现是冷却器面积不足导致。通过理论计算,在现用离心压缩机组上并联安装了一台国产油冷却器补足了相差的换热面积,解决了存在的问题,降低了改造费用,取得了良好的改造效果。
Yunnan Chihong Zn&Ge Co., Ltd. makes a cause analysis on operation abnormal condition of oil cooling system of KK&K centrifugal compressor set, lacking of cooler area is the cause. The existing centrifugal compressor set is provided with one domestic oil cooler in parallel to make up heat exchange area by theoretic calculation, by which it can resolve the existing problems, reduce reformation cost and obtain good reformation effect.
