摘要
咯菌腈(fludioxonil)是高渗透压甘油响应信号途径的干扰剂,对多种植物病害具有很好的防治效果。该研究采用孢子萌发法和菌丝生长速率法测定了来自浙江衢州和江西赣南两地78个柑橘绿霉病菌(Penicillium digitatum)菌株对咯菌腈的敏感性。结果表明,咯菌腈抑制柑橘绿霉病菌孢子萌发和菌丝生长的EC50值分别为0.0285~0.11μg·m L-1和0.0019~0.04μg·m L-1,平均值分别为(0.0557±0.0041)μg·m L-1和(0.0118±0.0015)μg·m L-1。EC50值的频次分布符合偏正态分布,可分别作为柑橘绿霉病菌孢子萌发和菌丝生长对咯菌腈的敏感基线。
Fludioxonil, a phenylpyrrole fungicide, is effective to control many plant diseases through interfering high glycerol response pathway. In this study, sensitivities to fludioxonil of seventy-eight isolates of PeniciUium digitatum collected from Quzhou in Zhejiang province and Gannan in Jiangxi province were determined, based on tests of conid- ial germination and mycelial growth. The results demonstrated that the effective concentrations ( ECs0 values) against conidial germination and mycelial growth by 50% are ranged from 0. 0285 Iμg·m L-1 to 0. 1 1μg·m L-1 and from 0.0019 μg·m L-1 to0.04 μg·m L-1; averaged ( 0. 0557 ± 0. 0041) μg·m L-1 and (0.0118±0.0015) μg·m L-1,respectively. Frequency distributions of EC50 values of 78 isolates growth were normally distributed, which suggested these two values could be used as the sensitivity baselines.
