摘要
为了克服传统发动机气道开发存在的研制周期长,需要大量的试验研究工作和丰富的经验,且难以得到理想方案等缺点。文章介绍利用逆向工程技术和CFD分析等技术手段进行发动机气道的逆向开发,从而实现了由CFD分析代替大部分试验,缩短了发动机气道设计开发周期,由逆向工程技术的CAD模型可量化的修改代替传统泥芯的手工修改,提高了设计质量。
In order to solve the problems that the developmeut cycle of tile traditional engine airway lasted long time, it needs a lot of test research and sufficient experience and is difficuh to obtain the optimum scheme. This paper describes how to use reverse engineering and CFD analysis to complete reverse design of engine airway and to carry out tile test work that is replaced by CFD to shorten the development cycle of engine airway, the reverse engineering CAD replaced the traditional rood-core imnd-work modification, the design is fully optimized.
