摘要
为了掌握正面碰撞假人小腿伤害机理,解决汽车实际碰撞中假人小腿伤害的超标问题,采用统计分析法,统计了6款车型的假人试验伤害数据,并基于此数据分析了影响驾驶员小腿伤害的重要因素。结果表明:车体波形、踏板侵入量以及假人相对车体位移对小腿伤害影响不明显,吸能装置(如脚垫、膝部缓冲泡沫及膝部气囊)对降低小腿伤害有明显作用,特别是脚垫可降低小腿胫骨力。
The purpose of this paper is to understand the Dower leg injury mechanism in the frontal crash, solve the problem that lower leg injury criterion exceeded its limits. The paper introduces the dummy injury criteria of 6 vehicle models by means of statistical analysis, and analyzes the main influence factor of the driver lower leg injury base on those data analysis. The results show that the influence of vehicle body pulse, the pedal intrusion, the relative displacement to the vehicle is not obvious on Lducing dummy lower leg, the energy absorption device, such as floor mats, knee impact protection foam and knee airbag has obvious effect on reducing the lower leg injury, especially the floor mats can reduce the lower leg tibia force.
