Quality Management of Military Batteries Based on the Operational Requirements

围绕如何提升军用电池的作战效能需求,讨论了军用电池质量工作视角从"满足交付要求"延伸拓展到"满足作战需求"的必要性和重要意义。结合军用电池设计、生产和使用维护工作实际,通过开展教育培训、转变考核机制、加强"六性"管理、建立信息系统和做好服务保障等途径达到满足作战需求的目的,为军用电池厂家开展全寿命周期质量管理、提升质量保证能力提供参考。

For improving the operational effectiveness of military batteries, the need and impor-tance for extending the perspective of quality management for military batteries from ＂meeting thedelivery requirements＂ to ＂meeting the operational requirements＂ are discussed. We should satisfythe operational requirements through education and training, changing assessment mechanism,strengthening the 6-ilities＇management, establishing information system, good services and otherways based on the actual work of military battery design, manufacturing, use and maintenance.
