关节炎患者治疗依从性及其影响因素分析

Analysis of compliance of arthritis patients and its influential factors

目的探讨关节炎患者治疗依从性及其影响因素,提出改善措施,改善关节炎患者治疗效果。方法采用自行设计的调查问卷对144例关节炎患者进行调查,调查内容包括患者的一般资料、生活习惯、患病情况、自我感受情况,对所得数据资料采用SPSS17.0统计学软件进行比较分析。结果患者依从性与患者性别、每周半小时锻炼次数、患者患病类型、医疗保险情况、对副作用的了解和感受情况有关。而且每周锻炼次数少,未参加医保,对副作用没有足够了解的患者依从性比较差。结论患者的治疗依从性影响着关节炎患者的治疗效果,为了减少或延缓关节炎的发生,应该对患者进行健康教育,使其增强自制力,服从医嘱,了解疾病及其药品的相关知识,尽可能了解药物的副作用,积极参加体育锻炼,呼吁政府加大医疗保险政策的执行力度等。

Objective To explore the therapeutic compliance of patients with arthritis and its influential factors to put forward the measures for improving the therapeutic effect of patients with arthritis. Methods The self-designed questionnaire which includes pa- tient＇ s demographic information, habits, types of arthritis, side effects and feeling was used to investigate the therapeutic compliance of 144 patients. The data were processed by SPSS17. O. Results Factors influencing the therapeutic compliance of patients with arthritis were gender, the number of weekly half-an-hour exercise,types of arthritis of patients, medical insurance, the understanding of side effects of drugs. The further analysis showed that the lack of exercise, not participating in medical insurance and the inadequate under- standing of side effects of disease were the main factors of poor therapeutic compliance in patients with arthritis. Conclusion Patient compliance could influence the effectiveness for arthritis. The health education should be enhanced to make patients understand the ar- thritis drugs and its side effects and encourage them to take an active part in exercise. Besides the government should enforce the the perform of the medical insurance policy.
