某型船用柴油机降低NO_x生成与排放的改进研究

摘要 在某型船用柴油机基础上,保持缸径、冲程、转速和功率不变的情况下,通过调整供油定时、燃油喷射系统(喷油泵、喷油器)参数、进气系统(喷嘴环、扩压器)参数和活塞结构优化设计等机内净化措施,改进了缸内燃烧,使得NOx生成量降低,优化了排放。 On the basis of certain type of marine diesel engine, the combustion conditions in cylinder are improved through in-engine cleaning technologies such as adjusting injection timing, parameters of fuel injection system (fuel pump, fuel injector), parameters of air intake system (nozzle ring, diffuser) and piston structure, while the bore, stroke, speed and power are kept unchanged. These measures can reduce the formation of NOx and optimize the emissions.
