摘要
以非稳定导热偏微分方程为基础,结合磁偶极子工作运行特点提出的基本假设,建立了磁偶极子的稳态热传导数学模型。随后,根据试验检测到热平衡状态下的线圈热源内部温度来求解热源密度,结合边界条件,利用ANSYS11.0进行数值模拟,得出了磁偶极子温度场数据,从而为磁偶极子的热应力分析和强度校核奠定基础。
The mathematical model of steady-state heat conduction is established for rotary magnetic dipole, based on the no-steady-state heat conduction equations and probability with its working characteristics. With the heat generation rate of the coil heat-source internal temperature sovled in thermal equilibrium atate, combining boundary conditions, the temperature field datas are seized by ANSYS1 1.0 numerical simulating. The foundation is done for the analysis of thermal stress and strength check of rotary magnetic dipole.
