摘要
为研究不同比例再生集料的棱角性变化规律对沥青混合料高温稳定性能的影响,采用动态颗粒图像分析技术,以球形度、粗糙度为指标评价集料的棱角性,分析集料的变化特性。研究结果表明:集料的棱角性与粒径大小具有一定的相关性;随着粒径的增大,球形度增大,粗糙度下降;对比5种集料的棱角性,花岗岩的棱角性较好,回收集料2的较差;回收集料与新集料形成的再生集料具有良好的棱角性,其掺量对再生集料的球形度和粗糙度影响较小;再生沥青混合料的高温稳定性与再生集料的棱角性线性相关。
In order to study the influence of angularity changes of recycled aggregates withdifferent proportions of old and new aggregate on the high temperature stability of asphahconcrete, with the technology of dynamic particle image analysis, the variation characteristics ofaggregate were analyzed through angularities, that were evaluated by spherical degree androughness. The results show that aggregate angularity and particle size have a certaincorrelation, and the spherical degree shows an upward trend with the increase of particle size, butroughness shows a downward trend. Through the contrast of angularities of five aggregates,granite has a better performance of angularity better and recollected aggregate 2 has a poorperformance of angularity. The recycled aggregate that is composed of recollected aggregate andnew aggregate has a good performance of angularity, the content of recollected aggregate haslittle influence on recycled aggregate spherical degree and roughness. There is a good linearcorrelation between high temperature stability and recycled aggregate angularity.
