吲哚布芬酯类化合物的设计与合成

Design and Synthesis of Indobufen Esters

目的探讨吲哚布芬酯类化合物的设计与合成。方法依据药物化学中的拼合原理和前药原理,以吲哚布芬为起始原料,设计并合成了3个吲哚布芬酯类化合物。结果其结构均经IR、MS、1H NMR、13C NMR确证。结论所合成目标化合物的体外抗血小板聚集活性实验正在进行中。

Indobufen was used as starting material, and three Indobufen esters were designed and synthesized based on association prin-ciple and prodrug principle of medicinal chemistry.The structures of the target compounds were characterized by IR, MS, 1 H NMR and 13 C NMR.The anti-platelet aggregation activity of the target compounds are being tested in vitro.
