2011—2013年某院哮喘类疾病用药分析

Application analysis of antiasthmatic drugs in our hospital from 2011 to 2013

目的评价该院哮喘类疾病临床用药情况及趋势。方法对该院2011—2013年哮喘类疾病用药应用品种、用药金额、用药频度(DDDs)等方面进行统计、分析。结果该院2011—2013年用药金额第1位是肾上腺皮质激素;用药途径金额第1位是吸入给药;用药单项金额和DDDs排名第1位是布地奈德混悬剂。结论该院临床在哮喘类疾病用药方面基本符合支气管哮喘防治指南用药规范。

Objective To evaluate the application status and recent trends of antiasthmatic drugs in our hospital.Methods Data about clinical application of antiasthmatic drugs in our hospital during 2011 to 2013 were analyzed statistically in terms of drug varieties, con-sumption sum and DDDs.Results From 2011 to 2013, adrenal cortex hormone drugs ranked first based on sales amount;inhalants of asthma medication ranked first based on route of administration; budesonide suspension ranked first based on consumption sum and DDDs.Conclusions The clinical asthma medication in our hospital is basically consistent with guide specification for the prevention and treatment of bronchial asthma.
