摘要 目的探讨白细胞单采术联合羟基脲治疗高白细胞白血病的临床疗效。方法观察白细胞单采联合羟基脲治疗高白细胞白血病15例临床疗效。结果白细胞单采联合羟基脲治疗后外周血白细胞数显著下降,HGB和PLT的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论白细胞单采术联合羟基脲治疗高白细胞白血病疗效较好,可明显改善患者临床症状。 Objective To investigate the therapentic effects of Leukapheresis united HU in treating Hyperleukoeytic Leukemia. Methods To observe the Clinical therapentic effects of Leukapheresis united HU in treating 15 Patients Re stilts The WBC decreased significantly when the therapy of Leukapheresis united HU finished, and the HGB and PLT had no statistical significance in the differences （P〉0. 05） Conclusion The therapeutic effects of Leukapheresis united HU in treating Hyperleukocytic Leukemia were effective, which can relieve the clinical symptoms significantly.
