微波消融在完全腹腔镜特殊部位肝肿物切除术中的应用

Microwave ablation in special parts of totally laparoscopic resection of liver tumors

目的总结微波消融针在腹腔镜肝切除术中特殊部位的应用价值。方法回顾分析2011年9月～2013年4月广州医学院第一附属医院应用微波消融针于腹腔镜肝切除术特殊部位的肝肿物患者的临床资料,并评价微波消融针的应用价值。结果共治疗14例患者18个肿物,无中转开腹,术中平均出血量80（30～300）ml,平均手术时间85（50～120）min,所有病人均康复出院,其中肝癌9例,转移癌3例,肝局灶性增生结节2例。结论联合腹腔镜行微波消融治疗特殊部位的肝癌安全、有效,可以实现完全腹腔镜下操作,具有临床应用价值。

Objective To summarize the application of the microwave needle ablation in laparoscopic hepatectomy in specific parts.Methods A retrospective analysis the patient＇s clinical data of microwave needle ablation in laparoscopic hepatectomy in specific parts from September 2011 to April 2013,the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical College.Results 14 patients with 18 tumors,without laparotomy,blood loss 80（30-300）ml,operative time85（50-120）min,all patients were discharged,of which 9cases of liver cancer,metastatic cancer 3cases,2cases of hepatic focal nodular hyperplasia.Conclusion The combined laparoscopic microwave ablation of liver cancer security special parts,effectively,completely laparoscopic operation can be achieved.
